Privacy
What we do with your details.
Written in plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not really a disclosure.

This policy covers Target Spike — the website at targetspike.com, and the enquiry and lead forms we run on it and on our advertising. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this site, or a lead form on one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you give us. That is typically your name, phone number and email address, along with your answers to any questions the form asks — for example your budget, your timeline, or the kind of property or service you are interested in.
On advertising lead forms, some fields arrive pre-filled from your Facebook or Instagram profile. You can edit or clear those fields before submitting, and nothing is sent to us until you press submit.
We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or any special category data through this website or our advertising forms.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you — by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email — about the specific enquiry you made, and to send you the information you asked for. Where your enquiry relates to a property or a client campaign, that includes contacting you about that property or service.
We may keep a record of our conversation so that a colleague can pick it up if the person you spoke to is unavailable.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or trade them for marketing lists.
Facebook and Instagram advertising
We advertise on Meta platforms. If you submit a Meta lead form, Meta collects your response and makes it available to us through their advertising tools; Meta also processes it under their own data policy, which sits outside our control.
Meta may show our advertisements to audiences built from broad targeting criteria such as location, age and interests. We do not upload customer lists to build these audiences.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where an enquiry goes nowhere, we clear it within two years.
Meta deletes leads from their own advertising tools after 90 days regardless of what we do.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, and we will — that request is honoured on its own, without conditions.
Write to us and we will action it. We do not charge for this.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
